OWNER REPRESENTATION
Architectural Concepts has provided owner representation services to public and private sector clients throughout California. We are familiar with all related building regulations and local ordinances that affect our construction projects. We make a point to contact building officials on each of our projects to verify that we are meeting their criteria.
Our staff assigned to construction administration all has at least 30 years experience in their respective fields. We prepare regular reports and other necessary documents in a timely manner. This is key to maintaining the schedule and good will of all parties involved.
